All plans are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed. Annual billing is available on Professional and Business plans at a 20% discount. You will receive an invoice by email after each successful charge.
Cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls, no forms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your plan until then.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of your first charge, contact us at support@tryclaryn.live for a full refund. Subsequent charges are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors.
One voice credit = approximately one minute of AI voice agent time. Credits are consumed only during live calls. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. You can purchase top-up credit bundles at any time from your dashboard.
If you exhaust your monthly credits, your agents will pause until the next cycle or until you purchase a top-up. We will send you an email warning at 80% and 95% usage so you are never caught off guard.
Upgrade at any time — the new plan takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Enterprise customers on annual contracts are subject to separate agreement terms. Refunds, credits, and SLAs are governed by the executed Master Service Agreement. Contact support@tryclaryn.live for details.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact support@tryclaryn.live within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
