We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any paid plan. If Claryn is not the right fit for your team, email us and we will process your refund — no questions asked.
Email support@tryclaryn.live with your account email and a brief note. We will confirm your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Charges beyond the first 14 days are non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and resolve the issue within 5 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no phone calls, no forms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your plan until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Purchased voice credit top-ups are non-refundable once added to your account. Unused credits from your monthly plan reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Enterprise customers on annual contracts are subject to the refund and credit terms in their executed Master Service Agreement. Contact support@tryclaryn.live for details.
If you have a billing dispute, email support@tryclaryn.live within 30 days of the charge. We triage all disputes within 5 business days and will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
